Amy Martinez-Monfort, the Founder and CEO of TLC: I started TLC as Tampa Laundry Company in Tampa, Florida after I drove past a shuttered laundromat with bullet holes in the windows. I knew that we could do better and that people using a laundromat deserved more.

Our mission at Tampa Laundry Company was, and still is, to create a clean, safe, and friendly environment for people to do their laundry. Whether someone has $5 in their pocket or if they have $50,000 in their checking account, we treat every customer with the same level of care and respect.

After almost a decade of serving Tampa, we are excited to announce the evolution of our company from Tampa Laundry Company to THE Laundry Company. Our growth has extended beyond our flagship store to serve communities far and wide.
