After years in customer success, Emily has officially turned the page. Emily is now the founder and owner of Pacific Beach Laundry Co. a boutique, card-only laundromat. She opened her laundromat on April 17th2026, in Pacific Beach, San Diego.

Emily states, “I had gutted the space, designed the brand, sourced the equipment, navigated the buildout, and opened the doors. It’s been the hardest and most rewarding thing I had ever done.”

This location had a rough history, it was a place neighbors avoided. Transforming it into somewhere safe, clean, and welcoming has meant more to her than whe expected. In just two weeks, she has already met many wonderful people from the community.

Everything she learned in tech obsessing over the customer experience, sweating the details, building something people actually want to come back to she poured into this beautiful store.

Pacific Beach is her neighborhood. She has been in San Diego for over 20+ years. Building something here, for the people who live here, means everything to her.
