GasBuddy App Offers New Feature That Locates Air Pumps Nationwide

GasBuddy, one of the most trusted apps that helps drivers save money on fuel costs by providing them with up-to-date prices at the pump in North America recently announced an agreement with CSC ServiceWorks to provide users with the locations of all their air pumps nationwide.  

CSC ServiceWorks is one of the leading providers of air vending services. Their machines are frequently found at gas stations and convenience stores plus, they are also a well-known provider of commercial laundry solutions for multi-family properties in the United States as well. 

This partnership will help GasBuddy to accomplish their goal of raising the awareness of properly inflated tires, especially during the summer months when tires can lose pressure due to warmer temperatures.  

Most Drivers Have Under Inflated Tires  

By providing their users with a map of air pump locations in North America, GasBuddy is also helping consumers save money on fuel costs as well because tires that are inflated properly have been proven to save drivers money on fuel each month. 

Sadly, recent statistics from the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration have shown that vehicles involved in most highway crashes were found to have tires that were underinflated, or overinflated by 25% or more. 

A Win-Win Partnership 

Since its launch, the GasBuddy app has provided consumers with a valuable resource for checking fuel prices at the pump nationwide. 

To find the locations of air pumps in their area, all a consumer must do is click on the find gas tab on the app and click on station details to see if the gas station offers an air pump or not. 

Users can also filter their searches for stations that have air pumps simply by choosing the keyword ‘air’ with their searches.
